Cancellation Policy

By booking with Reyes Home Concierge LLC, you agree to following service polices. Pricing displayed reflects starting rates only and may change based on the size, condition, accessibility, and specific needs of the property. Any additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges. Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property, including any gate codes, keys, or parking instructions. Please secure pets or notify us in advance if pets will be present. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous. To Cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged up to the full-service amount. Our standard residential cleaning includes routine cleaning of accessible living areas. Interior oven, refrigerator, cabinets, baseboards, windowsills, doors, door frames, vents, and other detailed areas are included only with Deep Cleaning and Spring-Cleaning services unless purchased as an add-on. For health and safety reasons, we do not clean biohazards, human or animal waste, mold, pests, hazardous material, needles, or other dangerous substances. We do not move excessively heavy furniture or items that could result in injury or property damage. Clients are responsible for securing valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and other personal belonging prior to service. While every effort is made to protect your home, Reyes Home Concierge LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or items that become damaged due to age or instability. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and our service disclosure.
