Property Partner Benefits

Important Program Information: Partner discounts apply only to qualifying completed turnover service and are contingent upon meeting the applicable monthly minimum. Canceled, rescheduling no-access, or otherwise uncompleted services do not count towards the monthly requirements. Discounts apply to the qualifying base turnover rate only and do not apply to optional enhancements, additional labor, condition- based adjustments, specialty services, or other charges unless otherwise stated. All prices are starting rates and may be adjusted based on property size, conditions, excessive buildup, pet hair, trash, additional bathrooms, or additional labor required. Service and request dates are subject to availability.

More Than a Deep Clean

Move-In/ Move-Out Turnover Cleaning is designed specifically for vacant, empty properties and includes areas that aren't normally included in Standard or Deep Cleaning. In addition to detailed cleaning throughout the property, we clean accessible cabinet and drawer interiors, closets, shelving, inside microwave, baseboards, door frames, windowsills, and other areas exposed once furniture and personal belongings have been removed.
